Workday Implementation Specialist
Lead Workday implementations for Fortune 500 clients, transforming their HR and finance operations.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems practice. You'll lead end-to-end Workday implementations, helping our clients modernize their HR and financial systems.
This role combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills. You'll work directly with C-suite executives and HR leaders to design solutions that meet their unique business needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations from discovery to go-live
- Configure Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking
- Design integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client stakeholders
- Develop data migration strategies and oversee data conversion
- Train client teams on Workday administration and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Workday implementation experience
- Workday Pro certification in at least one functional area
- Experience leading full-cycle implementations
- Strong understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements
Nice to Have
- Multiple Workday Pro certifications
- Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
- Background in HR technology or HRIS administration
- PMP or similar project management certification
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $75 – $120/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
