Senior Product Designer

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design practice. You'll lead design projects from concept to launch, creating intuitive user experiences that delight users and drive business results.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries, from fintech apps to healthcare platforms. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for client projects, from research to final deliverables
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems for client products
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team culture
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and visual design skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in consulting or agency environment
- Background in B2B or enterprise product design
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $75 – $120/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
