About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to help our clients harness the power of artificial intelligence. You'll work on a variety of projects, from natural language processing to computer vision, building production-ready ML systems that drive real business value.
As part of our growing AI practice, you'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that transform how our clients operate.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement ML pipelines for production environments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AI/ML needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications
- Build and maintain data processing infrastructure for model training
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our AI knowledge base
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and evaluate new technologies
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
- Knowledge of distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
- Contributions to open-source ML projects
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $75 – $120/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
