Analytics Engineer
Build the data infrastructure that powers insights for our clients' most critical decisions.
About the Role
We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help our clients unlock the value of their data. You'll design and build modern data pipelines, create robust data models, and enable self-service analytics across organizations.
Working at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, you'll translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions using the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement data models using dbt and SQL
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or custom solutions
- Create documentation and data catalogs to improve data discoverability
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs
- Implement data quality testing and monitoring
- Optimize query performance and warehouse costs
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with dbt
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python for data processing
- Knowledge of data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy requirements
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $75 – $120/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
